Cancellation Period / Timeframe
Don’t need or want one of our Nest Boxes anymore? You have 60 days After Purchase to return the Nest Box for a full refund!
Method of Refund
All payments of refunds will be returned to you via the initial method of payment. Eg. Paid with PayPal, the refund will be via PayPal. Paid via Bank Deposit, the refund will be via Bank Deposit.
Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Goods
Damaged, defective or incorrect goods can always happen, but don’t fear, we are here to help. Contact us on either 07 3485 0018 or info@birdandbatboxes.com.au, and we will get a solution in place.

We only ship items within Australia. Sorry no international freight. All items come with free shipping!
Delivery Charge on Returning Goods
Who pays the freight on returning goods?
If we are at fault and have sent the wrong nest box, the nest box is damaged, or the nest box is faulty, we will arrange shipping.
If you have a change of mind or don’t want the nest box anymore, the buyer will need to arrange return postage.
Warranty
No Express or Implied Warranty. Bird and Bat Boxes Australia makes no expressed or implied warranty regarding the service or equipment or the installation of same and disclaims any implied warranty, including any warranties of merchantability and or fitness for a particular purpose.
